Chi Chi

50ml Brittains Coconut Vodka
60ml Pineapple juice
3tbsp Coconut cream
Pineapple wedge for garnish
Maraschino cherry for garnish

Pour the Brittains Coconut Vodka, pineapple juice and coconut cream into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake together well, make sure it is chilled.
Pour into a cocktail or a Collins glass and garnish with the pineapple wedge and cherry to finish.

For a lighter Chi Chi, replace the coconut cream with coconut water.
